GETTING RID OF SCRIPT & TERMINAL
Follow the one which pertains to your situation.
- Terminal Window: (black window after your modem connects)
- Double click on 'My Computer' and 'Dial-up Networking'.
Right Click on your FYI icon and select properties.
- Click on 'Configure'. Select the 'Options' tab.
Uncheck any options for a terminal window. Click
'OK' twice. When you bring up the 'Connect to' window,
enter your username and password before you connect.
- Windows 95 scripting:
- Click on 'Start', 'Programs', 'Accessories', 'Dial-up Scripting Tool'.
- In the script box, delete the line and click apply.
- When you bring up the 'Connect to' window, enter your username
- and password before you connect.
- Windows 98 scripting:
- Double click on 'My Computer' and 'Dial-up Networking'.
Right Click on your FYI icon. Select Properties.
- Click on the 'Scripting' tab and remove the script filename.
- Click OK twice.
- When you bring up the 'Connect to' window, enter your username
- and password before you connect.
