TRUMPET 2.0
Start Trumpet 2.0. Goto 'File', 'Setup'. Make sure that the following settings are installed.
Ip Address: 0.0.0.0
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Name Server: 204.179.80.2
| Default Gateway: 0.0.0.0
Time Server: left blank

Packet Vector: 00
| MTU: 1500
| TCP RWIN: 4096
| TCP MSS: 1460
|
Demand Load Timeout: 5
| TCP RTO MAX: 60

| 'Internet PPP' should be checked. The 'SLIP Port' should be set to your modem port and 'Baud Rate' should be set to 38400, 57600, or 115200. 'Hardware Handskake' should be checked and 'Van Jacobson CSLIP' compression should not be checked. 'Online Status Detection' should be set to None. |
Click OK. Goto 'Dialer', 'Edit Script'. Select the login.cmd script from the list and download the Trumpet Script from FYI. If you are using Trumpet 2.1 you will need to download that script instead.
Now save and close the script file. You are ready to connect to the Internet. Goto 'Dialer', select 'Login' to get connected.
