DISABLE MULTI-LINK
Left click on the Start button in the lower left hand corner. Goto Programs -> Accessories -> Communications -> and click on 'Network and Dial-up Connections'. Your FYI Networks connection should appear.
Right click on your connection and goto properties in the drop down menu and left click on it. The next window should look similar to this one.
Left click on the Network tab. You should see a Settings button, Left click on the Settings button.
Here you want to take off the check next to "Negotiate Multi-link for single link connections". Your's should look like this.
OK out of the windows to 'Network and Dial-up Connections'.
Finally close the 'Network and Dial-up Connections' window and you're done.
