IMAC CONFIGURATION
First locate the Internet Setup Assistant icon and double-click it. This should
be located in the `Assistants` folder on your hard drive.
Click the 'Yes' button.
Click the 'Yes' button.
Click the right arrow button.
Type FYI Networks and click the right arrow button.
These options are fine. You may have to click 'Ignore dial tone' if you have
voicemail from your telephone company. (Not just and answering machine)
Click the right arrow button.
Enter the FYI Phone number that you connect to. List of Dial-ups
Enter you FYI username. (all lowercase)
Click the right arrow button.
Select 'No' and click the right mouse button.
Select 'No' and click the right mouse button.
Enter 204.179.80.2 on the first line of the DNS address box, press enter
and enter 204.179.80.3 on the second line of the box.
Type in 'fyi.net' in the bottom, domain name, box.
Click the right arrow button.
Enter your_fyi_username@fyi.net in the first box.
Put your FYI password in the second box.
You can leave the '>' in the last box.
Click the right arrow button.
Enter your_fyi_username@mail.fyi.net in the first box
Put 'mail.fyi.net' in the second box.
Click the right arrow button.
Put 'news.fyi.net' in the box.
Click the right arrow button.
Select 'No' and click the right arrow button.
Click 'Go Ahead' to finish your setup. You should now be ready to connect to
the Internet.
