FYI'S LIST SERVICE
On FYI like most list services you do NOT send any administrative requests
to the list itself but rather to a seperate address that handles requests for all
the lists.
To subscribe to a list hosted at fyi you would send a message to
listname-request@listserv.fyi.net with the following message
subscribe name_of_list
somewhere in the body of the message.
The same procedure is used to unsubscribe from a list hosted at fyi. Just send an
e-mail to listname-request@listserv.fyi.net with the following message
unsubscribe name_of_list
The request to unsubscribe should be sent from the address that you are receiving
e-mails from.
